Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From in-home coaches and clinicians, to case managers and outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support, strengthen connections, and inspire harmony.
WHO WE SERVE
We are proud to provide comprehensive, in-home clinical services, coaching, skill-building, guidance, resources, and advocacy to individuals and families that are in need of stabilization for any reason. Clients and families may be self-referred and/or referred by a community service provider or a partnering agency.

Hi, I’m Kelly and it is with heartfelt gratitude that I welcome you to our community!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of service in the public, private, and non-profit sectors in North Carolina. I am honored to have touched hundreds of families in both direct service and program management. Recognizing critical gaps in service delivery, I decided to turn insight into action and form a company that prioritizes keeping funding local and serving the evolving needs of today’s families with compassion, innovation, and heart. My personal experience as a parent in a blended family of six, combined with my years of helping all kinds of families overcome unique challenges, I have built programs that inform common-sense service delivery with proven positive outcomes.
